Before the old year is out, just a quick update.

Firstly, remember the HA!Man performance at Teatro MUNGANGA on Sat 17 January!

Then, on the same day, that morning, I work again together with Andre Meusen to present a "Song of Yoga Concert" - live music along with poetry and Yoga exercises, gently guided by Andre.
